Your booking confirmation involves the acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale:
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
The reservation is confirmed only after our proposal has been signed and returned (for groups of 50 pax and +), with the required deposit.
PRIVATIZATION:
You or your client shall select the space or spaces to be reserved for the event. The privatization charges vary depending on space selection, the season and the event schedule.
REGULATIONS:
- To guarantee the booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the provisional proposal.
- The balance needs to be paid 48 hours before the event.
CANCELLATION:
- 30 to 15 days before the event, 25% will be charged.
- 15 days to 7 days before the event, 50% will be charged.
- 7 days to 3 days before the event, 75% will be charged.
- Less than 3 days before the event, 100% will be charged.
TERMS AND RATE CHANGE:
The exchange rates used in our quoted proposal are those in effect on the day of the quotation.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Our final invoice is payable at the end of the event.
TERMS OF DELAY:
The time of reservation must be fixed 7 days before the event. Beyond 30 minutes of delay, the establishment does not guarantee the availability of the space requested, in case of high season, the group will have to wait until a space is released.
FINAL GUEST COUNT:
A final head count of all guests must be provided 5 days proper to the event. This is the number of people you will be charged for in the final bill. If fewer guests attend your party, you will still be charged the fixed price based on the final head count. If additional guests attend, you will be charged the menu option price per guest.
FINAL MENU SELECTION:
A final Menu selection from the menu option selected must be given to us 5 days prior to the event. For last minute events, scheduled within 5 days, we propose a fixed menu.
INSURANCE:
The restaurant declines responsibility for any damage, in particular fire/water/ electrical / power outages or theft of any customer property during the event. The customer is responsible for any damages, direct or indirect that he, or his guests, might cause during the event.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
In the interest of protecting our customers and the general public, the restaurant and its employees have the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverage to any customer or guest who by their behavior or appearance is believed to be incapable of tolerating further alcohol consumption.
CLAIMS:
For any dispute or claim to be considered, it must be made in writing and addressed to the restaurant within a maximum of 48 hours after the end of the event. Contact contact@lekilim.com.
